1. Design Analysis & Embroidery Digitizing
We convert customer artwork into embroidery-ready digital files such as DST or EMB files. Stitch direction, density, embroidery size and edge definition are adjusted according to the artwork and fabric.
Proper digitizing is important because the same artwork may require different embroidery settings when applied to heavyweight hoodies, T-shirts, jackets or other fabrics.
2. Thread Selection & Color Matching
Embroidery thread colors can be selected according to the customer’s artwork, Pantone reference or physical color sample. We check thread color, texture and compatibility with the garment before production.

3. Embroidery Sample Development
Before bulk production, we recommend developing an embroidery sample to check stitch quality, artwork proportion, placement, thread colors and compatibility with the selected fabric.
If necessary, stitch density, embroidery size, thread colors or artwork details can be adjusted before final approval.
4. Bulk Embroidery Production
After the embroidery sample is approved, the design can move into bulk production. Computerized embroidery machines help maintain consistent placement, stitch density and appearance across the production order.
